Implemented some scaffolding for Privacy API #80

Hi, I started some scaffolding to add the Privacy API to this project, because I saw that moosh uses it to implement it's generate-module functions.

I was trying to get my head around the code so I hope this sort of looks like the way to do it! Feedback gratefully received.
