It takes long to download files from https://shapy.is.tue.mpg.de/ #15

The downloading speed from the official website is at most 10kB/s, so it takes a long time to download datasets. And the connection is unstable either, which often makes the downloading fails.

The issue must be on your end, since we just tested the download speed and it's quite fast (6.5MB/s).
