There code dealing with gpg all over the place. This unifies everything into a single "gpgmh" module.

Whow, lots of changes. I've run some tests (manually) and it seems the basic usage is working. The codebase is growing and hopefully is refined, but I do believe we should start create some tests. I will try to put up some unit tests as soon as possible.
