This finishes what looks to be work in progress relating to fixes/suggestions as well as adds jsx support. Some notes:

Brings in humps to support substitutions of camel and pascal-cased words
Opts project into autocorrection (when using --fix flag) and adds support for multiple suggestions for varying contexts
