The idea for this is to publish details which are not expected to change while the system operates.

A counterpart of this with time-variable information is envisioned in #19.

It might be logical to always publish this after connecting with the broker.

Some things to possibly include:

System hostname
Version of sysmgr
Name and version of the operating system
CPU instruction set architecture
CPU model
System RAM size
Size and partitioning details of main main system disk (tricky to define exactly)
