Add hive for Google Hangouts #138

Hangouts is being phased out in favor of Hangouts Chat. Hangouts Chat is under active development and available for GSuite users and Google plans to start phasing out "Hangouts Classic" for GSuite users starting as early as Sept.. Consumers will also be moved from Hangouts Classic it Hangouts Chat, but it's less clear when that will start.

Hangouts Chat has Incoming Webhooks as well as an API for bots.
