Improve readmes #177

use the same pattern of markdown for all README files
use the same pattern of title for bees README files
clear some markdown lint

@philoserf: Looking great, I'd just like to move the travis behavior change in a separate PR.

Otherwise just revert e40eb5a and I can squash and merge.

Sorry for the delayed responses, December is always a crazy busy month here.

Sorry @muesli for the delay. I seem to have lost my fork. I had opened the PR with rights of the maintainer to update. Someplace in some repo cleanup, the fork must have been deleted.

Perhaps I will reapproach this in the near future (and preserve my fork).

Well, at least all the changes are still viewable. Should be fairly easy to resurrect, I just didn't have the time for it yet, sorry.
