An Instagram bee.

Im about to work on it after I've finished the github bee which shouldn't take long for now. Some code is already written for Instagram implementing following:

Follow/Unfollow
Like/Unlike
Block/Unblock
Approve user

After I don't use Instagram it could take me until next week to find the motivation to test the code ;)

There's still a problem to check the code after we don't have the right client permissions to check out the required services. Anyway the code has been commited into my fork (1000289b4d00adf98ffaa0daacc8fbd53b57fa8b) but obviously not finished.
