Discordbee crosspost #377

Hello!

This MR add a new feature to discord bee, the ability to post message to a "news channel", a new discord feature that allow crossposting message between discord servers.

To do that, upgrading discordgo library was necessary.

I have tested the feature by recompiling beehive and launching different discord bees, with success.
