Nice ideas, I agree. Any features you'd be particularly interested in?

The most used languages are nice, but hard to do in pure Markdown, and I don't think GitHub Markdown allows embed svg tags, does it (something like https://www.openhub.net/accounts/raphink/languages would be very cool)?

Two options I see here:

  1. Convey the information as text-only.
  2. We could alternatively also generate images which we push to the repo.
