Keep/translate newlines in proposals #12

Newlines in proposals are ignored/not shown at least in the HTML view. Wrap in <pre> tag or translate into HTML? Not sure how proposals look in the email since I cannot test it (nearest deadline for start date next day).

Either that or just wrap it in a <pre> (even tho that wouldn't help for non-HTML emails).
