"Ended" proposals should be all proposals that have reached their "end date", so the ones that were accepted and reached their "projected end date of activity". For added fun, we could display all ended proposals and those that are close to ending (EndDate-5days?).
Currently, I think "Ended" are proposals where the vote is over. These are either in "rejected" or "accepted" and I don't think we need a combined view.
