Screensavers on YouTube #188

Hey, how are you? I hope well, on this occasion I write this post because I found an error in your application, I spent about half an hour trying to solve it with the options you provide in the software, but I couldn't. The problem is that when watching a video on YouTube, ScreenSaver appears (after the time indicated in the program configuration).

Having understood that, I come here to say that it is incredibly annoying to try to watch a video without activating ScreenSaver — I have to clarify that I know that it is possible to turn off BeforeDawn if I need to, but I wouldn't have to do it to have a good behavior on the part of the software, right? — The program's behavior in this case only tells us one thing.

The program is not clear when the computer is actually "idle", since otherwise it would understand that if I watch a video on YouTube the computer is clearly not inactive I don't need to see ScreenSaver, that said. I hope you can try it for yourself and solve the problem.

Thanks in advance. Carefully. A fan of your software.

Hello! Can you let me know a few things:

Thanks!

Hello, I appreciate your quick response. Forgive me for not seeing your message, I was busy and didn't have time to check your reply. Well, to answer your question:

Operating System: Windows No, I noticed that when this happened (the screen saver came on while watching videos) I wasn't using full screen. So I think it only happens when I'm watching videos without using full screen.

Thank you for paying attention. I will be attentive to your response.

@JosueBustillos unfortunately I think it will be pretty involved to to handle that situation, any OS methods for checking if video is playing seem to be private and inaccessible. I'm going to keep this open because there's a hack or two I might explore, but it might be outside of the scope of the project.
