Search and Add new option missing in Leaves Management

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Logged in as an employee.
2. Clicked on the leave management title.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should show the 'Search' and 'Add New' box on the top-right corner of the 
window but presently it is not showing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
icehrm_v3.0.1 on ubuntu-Linux.

Please provide any additional information below.
Its a 32-bit operating system. I have attached a glimpse of the window. Please 
answer my query as soon as possible.

Not only this much, also it is not showing the 'Search' and 'Add New' option 
from the label "Personal Information"
