icehrm installation problem #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installed in a sub domain server.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
using mysubdomain.com/icehrm/app/install should redirect to installation 
process but created an error message, required config directory could not be 
found, failed to open.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 3.0.1
