can't load package: package . : no Go source files in E:\Go\generate_cert

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. copy C:\Go\src\pkg\crypto\tls\generate_cert.go to 
   my own work directory E:\Go\generate_cert
2. double click this go src file
3. Ctrl+R

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should output a exe file, but, LiteIDE shows an error exactly as Summary 
above.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using LiteIDE X 17.

Please provide any additional information below.

And, when i am under [Win+R cmd] environment, the exe file maked succefully. I 
don't know why.
