Expired Inspirations #130

  1. Apply filter not to show expired inspiration in the catalog search
  2. Mark Inspiration Date e.g. in red to show that date is in the past, when trying to create an adventure based on such an inspiration
  3. Send email notifier for expired inspirations to remind for an update

Also consider implementing #132 for expired adventures
