plz bring this up for discussion after 1st release!

Section

Sections are the units structuring an Adventure, such as Place, Time, Adventurers. In a section, the adventurers can alter information, settings, or involve in the planning & discussion process.

Active State Section

A section is in an active state if it remains relevant to the further planning and discussion process. There are sections that remain relevant all through the planning process and, hence, never leave the active state.

Inactive State Section

Completed votings, for example, can turn into a state of completion with no further activity involved which is called the inactive state. Other sections may be eligible to turn into an inactive state, too. Whenever a section is rather inactive, it becomes an obstacle in the GUI and may confuse in the navigation of an adventure. It may be removed from the GUI with an acknowledgement of the adventurers (ask closing adventurer and create a log entry). Besides, the section must be available for recall at any later point and the result of the section should be visible if necessary (e.g., in the top info/description section). For a later recall, the navigation of the adventure may include a link which incorporates the inactive state in its symbolic representation (e.g., with a checkmark overlay).

Further Extension: Phases

An adventure can also be split into phases. Currently, we consider only the planning & discussion phase. Additionally, there are the phases "in travel" and "the aftermath". While in the first the adventurers are "on tour" and want to communicate or recall collected/prepared information, in the latter adventurers meet again after the happening. Then, memories and the documentation of the happening want to be shared.
