60 minute/hourly intervals possible? #170

I've seen that the "minuteInterval" option is restricted to between 5 and 30. Is it not possible, then, to have hourly intervals for time picking, by, say, having minuteInterval = 60? Like having 00:00, 01:00, 02:00, etc? Or is there a different option that allows this?
