As a Inventory Manager, I should be able to set product low stock threshold so that I can determine if a product is low in stock.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Add low stock input(number) on stock settings
• [ ] If stock is below the set number create the ff notifications: (Email)
• [ ] Only notify All Inventory Manager for the low stock info
