Popup menu item 'Refresh list' is hidden

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select Tooles - Options - Background
2. Right mouse click on the list of background images
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.1 on WinXP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
The Refesh list function is hidden behind a right mouse click, but how can one 
know that the function is there, behind the right mouse click? It is the only 
place of the whole program where the right mouse button is used. I think it 
would be more useful, when this funtion is represented by a normal button.

I guess that is right. A button to perform this action will be created. Perhaps 
I will keep the RightClick menu anyway.

A button was added to refresh the list. The right-click menu is still available.
