It would be nice to be able to change model names at the highest leaf in
the narratives box.

Or under file menu, you could add Edit Models.

That would take you to a window where you could edit model names and delete
models.

I have implemented models as more of an implementation aide rather than part of 
the 
applications data model. Hence, the model name is a unique ID for all its 
content. 
Implementing being able to change this would need a change to the database 
structure.
