Relative Urls Not Loading #47

When Ben created the Narrator applet functionality, he uploaded the model,
and then uploaded the resources as relative urls.
When i try to open these models and resources using the latest Narrator
build, it does not resolve the relative urls.  I've attached a picture to
explain more.

The original functionality that is in the code is to translated all file paths 
(relative and otherwise) into URLs. Hence, relative paths don't seem to be 
supported.

In these cases I will just do a find and replace in the rdf text files on,
for example

<http://perspectors.com/cife#hasPreview> "perspective-previews

And replace them with the full urls.

"http://www.stanford.edu/group/narratives/community/perspective-previews
