Allow specifying partitions on Windows #23

VMFS that are stored in a partition and not on the whole disk cannot be
easily opened on Windows, because Windows does not allow to specifiy a
partition (like i.e. under Linux, where /dev/sdXY selects partition Y on
disk X).

VMFS in partitions are auto-detected in r95.
