If an invalid function was ran and the command was not accepted, the program may still filter the appointment list.

The bug report is not phrased clearly, it is unclear what the issue is. The screenshot that the tester provided shows the app behaving as it should. When the user tries to add a clashing appointment, the appointment list on the right will change to show the clashing appointment. This is an intended behaviour that is clearly stated in the error message and the user guide.
