The data file created upon installation/launching is non empty.

Team's Response

The point is that the data is transferred to another computer by overwriting the data file with the data of your previous PlannerMD home folder. Upon installation, there is actually no data file created. The data file is only created upon installation and launching and executing a command.

Reason for disagreement: I mean if you really want to be nitty gritty and anal about it then I must also say that there is no data file upon installation (I believe this means launching the app). Hence regardless the information in the UG is still wrong. Then upon executing a command it will create a data file that is not empty. This is still a bug.
