Upon initialization of main window, a help window is created.

This would mean that the main window will in fact have a help window. The only matter is whether it is rendered or not.

The severity should be very low as it is a cosmetic issue.

Reason for disagreement: A multiplicity that is wrongly stated in a diagram is quite obviously NOT a cosmetic issue. This will definitely affect understanding and definitely mean different things to have a multiplicity 0...1 as compared to 1. This should be a DocumentationBug with Severity:Low at the very least.
