Pointless Menu Bar #8

There is only one item in the drop down menu which means that there is actually no need for the dropdown menu.

This is to ensure the help bar is extensible and we can easily add more help functions to the dropdown menu in the future. In terms of UI, it would look nicer for the keyboard shortcuts (such as F1) to be inside the dropdown options, rather than randomly in the menu bar as well.

Reason for disagreement: Hi devs,

So what is being stated here is that the functionality of the menu bar is incomplete. Since it is argued that the menu bar is currently there but only holds one single value because it wants to be extensible. Which makes no sense as this is the same as placing an empty window and saying that I will be using it in later iterations but releasing it as empty in the current iteration. Hence this is in fact a FeatureFlaw as it serves no purpose but to inconvenience the user as it is an added unnecessary step for the user and holds no value in existing.
