fix the readme jacoco badge

the readme file is pointing to a jacoco batch under .github/badge this dir doesn't exist and needs to be fixed

@abendt i have run it locally too and the documentation does say it is generated here but either its not running or it not being generated in that location. I have looked under build too but can't find it there too

double checked the docs:

The GH action will generate the badge file but I will not commit it to the repo: https://github.com/cicirello/jacoco-badge-generator?tab=readme-ov-file#coverage-badge-filename

There are some examples in the doc where they use an extra step to commit the generated badge in a subsequent step:
