One instance of a recurring meeting is deleted in Notes but not in Calendar after running Syncnotes2google #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. A recurring meeting has been scheduled and accepted and then sync to 
google calendar using syncnotes2google. (Entry is sycn and created twice 
in Google Calendar, which is another issue I have just submitted)

2. One instance of the recurring meeting is changed or deleted due to 
cancellation.

3. After running Syncnotes2google, the deleted instace of the meeting is 
not update or deleted from Google Calendar.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Entry of the instance of the recurring meeting is not update or deleted 
from Google Calendar after running Syncnotes2google.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Notes 7 on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
