Can't get it to execute - error attached - please help

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I've tried everything I've read out here but always get the same exception
error:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Array
index out of range: 0

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Notes 8.0.2
Win XP
Java 1.6.0_17

Please provide any additional information below.
