Use notes cal "ROOM" attribute if notes cal "LOCATION" attribute is empty for Google cal "LOCATION" attribute.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a Notes calendar entry. Reserve a "Room" in the calendar entry,
do not fill in location
2. Sync 
3. View the entry in the Google Calendar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Your meeting will appear in google calendar, but will not have a location. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
It would be nice for the Java wrapper to detect if Location is empty in the
Notes calendar entry, and use "ROOM" for location if it is populated.
