Failed to process recurrence rule #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In notes calendar, got recurrence rule (repeat monthly)
2. When run SyncNotes2Google.bat
3. Error occured. Error msg: 
"Failed to process recurrence rule"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SyncNotes2Google-0.0.4 on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
