Timezone problem #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Difference time zone got problem when google-sync-to-notes (Schedule
time shift) , Notes's schedule were modified by +-Timezone.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Same schedule time with google calendar...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP, Notes:8.0.2(follow OS's timezone)

I have this problem too.  Some of my appointments get shifted by +6hrs.

Using 0.0.5, WinXP, and Notes 8.5.1
