Reminders not getting synced to Google

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set reminder on meeting or appointment

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would want to have reminder set on google calendar entry. It's not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest (0.0.1), on Windows XP with Lotus Notes 8.

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm experiencing exactly the same. No Notes Alerts are synched to the google 
calender. This feature would be very nice to have.

Not sure why the status on this is "Done". Happening to me. Actually what 
happens 
is, it gets the default reminder time from Google settings, not the one set in 
Notes.

My google.calendar.reminderminutes=15, but it is not creating reminders in gcal 
when I sync notes->google.
