Rescheduled events don't get changed in Google calendar #94

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Reschedule an event in Lotus calendar.
2. Run syncnotes2google.

I expected the change in the Lotus event to be replicated to the google 
calendar, but instead saw that syncnotes2google ignored the change in the event 
(no output line about the event).

I am running the latest 0.0.5 version of syncnotes2google on MacOS 10.6.8, now 
with Lotus Notes 8.5.3.

I am also having the same issue, I think it might be related to the "sync" 
files that have been created, possibly storing the date range criteria to use 
for future syncs.  

I am looking into a fix/issue now.
