Scroll by one line less than a whole page #359

Page-by-page scrolling in mintty isn't standard-compliant. Mintty scrolls by a
whole page, which means that all the current lines move out of view. However,
other programs, both GUI and terminal ones, actually scroll by one line less,
so that the bottom line moves to the top when scrolling down and vice versa.
This can provide useful context.
