update verify_sig.bin to version v1.0.0-dev5
sipper changes for creating data_block in case of HTBL chunk:
- copy the last 512 bytes of HTBL chunk
- set new option flag OPTIONS_UNKNOWN_SIGNATURE_SIZE
verify_sig.bin now calculates the actual signature size and only takes the last n bytes from the end of the data_block
