validateAndCalculate from NXTFLASHER-644 is now adapted to the behaviour of the existing wfp expression validation and evaluation functions. validateAndCalculate will also be used by the write command for validation purposes.

NXTFLASHER-909 is also contained. Flash command will now check all conditions before any write commands are executed.
