Java version does not show the full URL for contacts #2

Please add contacts url to the table, because contacts aren't available at pXX-caldav.icloud.com servers, only on pXX-contacts.icloud.com servers exclusively, and Java version does not emphasize this difference - as a user, I can assume it can available at contact servers.
