Overlays don't take into account mesh deformation #3

Not sure if it's possible/feasible but the overlays should not appear in the wrong (non-deformed) coordinates.

This should be fixed with c58990b3730fcb4ecab01e6d57809ebdaab021a2 and 80f0600eee5fdec5f25ca12a1e6045f65f726269.
