[core] Rename the package to @base-ui-components/react #805

[ ] Rename the package from @base_ui/react to @base-ui-components/react to avoid having underscores in the org name (which is uncommon). This is an intermediate step before #488.
[ ] Mark https://www.npmjs.com/package/@base_ui/react as deprecated
