[x] I have followed (at least) the PR section of the contributing guide.
Big change in Tailwind v4-alpha.36: the global reset isn't as aggressive anymore (https://github.com/tailwindlabs/tailwindcss/pull/15036)
- We'll need to include this on most form controls:
```
background: none;
border-radius: 0;
border: none;
color: inherit;
padding: 0;
```
Upgraded Prettier as well as I was running into some nasty plain CSS formatting choices that were fixed in a newer version

As I mentioned in a late edit hardcoded values for color/background-color on select option are part of new tailwind base styles and may be unexpected
