Adding Adobe XD UI KIT #18287

I'd love to know if I can create a UI kit for material UI in adobe XD and get featured in the website

Summary 💡

I started creating an Adobe XD UI kit based on the material ui components because I've always wanted to use something like that in my day to day life as a UX/UI designer and never found one. So, my request is to add a section like for premium themes but UI Kits (created with Adobe XD or other prototyping tools). Can I sell this UI Kit on the website and provide others for free?

Motivation 🔦

Tons of Developers use Material ui, and so the designers working with these developers should have something similar for rapid prototyping and much better designer/developer relationship. This would give material ui more popularity not only for developers but for UI designers as well.

I'd love to know about the development of UI kit for Adobe XD, if still in debate/planning or if it's gonna happen.

@selhari To be clear, we are talking about deploying the same as Sketch. @belhassen07 Would be the best one to answer your question.

@selhari I've already started the development of the UI Kit. We will publish it as soon as it's ready for use.

@andrewkfiedler Belhassen has stopped the effort in this direction mid-year.

Starting this year, we have been collecting a list of designers that are interested in such a product. If you don't mind, I have added your email to the list (using your public email used on git commits).

At this point, it seems that the user demand is high enough to justify exploring it. The results of this design survey for 2020 will provide further validation on the need.

We have started to POC with it, Adobe XD has proven to be harder to work with than Sketch and Figma.
