[docs][pigment-css] Add opt-in migration to Pigment CSS #42523

[ ] Document SSR https://github.com/mui/material-ui/issues/38137#issuecomment-2147733578. Maybe we need to have a toggle to change the docs's content based on the style engine used;

Or maybe, we just need to move https://mui.com/material-ui/guides/server-rendering/ under the Emotion section of Pigment CSS docs. I mean, I see nothing in that page that is about Material UI, it's all Emotion related.

We can close this issue as soon as the Pigment CSS migration guide, video, and tutorial are ready @siriwatknp @alelthomas.
