[docs] Implement MUI Block examples in the paid offering

Summary 💡

This is more of a general suggestion, perhaps for the longer term vision/roadmap. MUI's docs really great overall, but the examples are pretty basic. I think there's a gap between what's there, and full blown templates/themes (which may go 'too far') that could be included in the paid offering, even as an additional tier or something. I think the cost/benefit would be a no brainer for a lot of devs

Good examples are TailwindUI and ChakraUI Pro.

Motivation 🔦

Reducing the work necessary to build common, higher level UI components. Also, if provided as code/ui examples would serve as a learning resource for creating more complex layouts components of your own

Hi, yes the Blocks are exactly what I was thinking about ;) Examples of assembling various components for larger/more complex common ui elements, but not quite full templates.

We have postponed the effort around the blocks. During our last OKR session for Q3, it didn't get support from the team cc @mui-org/core, @mui-org/x. We had identified better opportunities. Regarding the likeliness to be included in a future update, I can think of two challenges:

• If the core team successfully manages to build great foundational design building blocks, couldn't we expect projects like https://github.com/mertJF/tailblocks to emerge from the community? So maybe we should focus on creating an environment when such a MIT initiative can emerge.
• If there is a market for a paid product (it requires a strong need + a lack of great MIT alternatives), would it make more sense for MUI to have authors on the MUI Store to fill the gap? I hear the TailwindUI got a successful commercial launch of its UI kit, however, we might want to nuance it:
  • They upsell a large audience from Refactoring UI. AFAIK it's an audience of developers struggling with design, already willing to spend money. They have a strong focus on how great the design look. Now, these developers can use such designs.
  • They can reach a large audience of raw CSS users with the class name API. For instance, Bootstrap is still x3 more used on a daily basis than MUI.
