A side observation. In https://tally.so/forms/w4r5Mk/submissions, the new format doesn't seem to convert as much, the last feedback we have is from https://github.com/mui/mui-x/issues/14291#issuecomment-2317907184 uses the old format.
I have added a tally.mui.com as a custom domain https://tally.so/domains/3xYZGw/domain. Maybe this could make our forms feel more legit and cleaner.
Yup it works: https://tally.mui.com/support-satisfaction-survey = https://tally.so/r/w4r5Mk. Would it make sense to replace those links?
I suspect that we should go back to the previous message template, the one that starts with @slug of the person as it's much clearer that it's an ask for the person who opened the issue.
In the current format, if I'm short in time, I would skim read and could not understand there is a survey I'm asked to fill. But let's give it more time to see how the conversion rate looks like.
This would allow the comment to take one less line, e.g. https://github.com/mui/material-ui/issues/43700#issuecomment-2352765908, making it denser hence faster to read.
I noticed this from https://github.com/mui/toolpad/pull/4076. Related to #183.
