[DataGrid] Minimap feature #11203

Summary 💡

With large datagrids, some users may find it difficult to discover all the columns/rows especially if they are not experienced. It would be nice to have a minimap built into datagrid when columns/rows are hidden from view in smaller sized windows - similar to how Jira does this. This will allows the user to orient themselves relative to a larger data grid.

Note the bottom right hand corner for the minimap. The inner blue rectangle highlights where the user is in relation to the rest of the board and follows as the user moves around
