[data grid] Support Density as a model (e.g. onDensityChange / DensityModel) rather than internal property #11613

Summary

Currently, the MUI-X data grid supports observing the filter model, sort model, and pagination models from outside of the data grid component. While the Density option is similar to these, meaning users can change it, it is not able to be reactively observed (that I could find).

This feature request is to align the density property with the sort model, filter model, and pagination model, allowing it to be observed when changed.

The order number is expired on the legacy plan leading to some delays in our development work, but we're working on getting the purchase order through our company's purchasing process to get an updated perpetual license.

Motivation

If a user changes the density of the data grid, it is not currently possible to persist this data outside of the grid, meaning that it is lost if the page is refreshed or state is reset.the

This page in the docs mention an onDensityChange prop but it is not actually implemented in the Datagrid. (using version 6.20.4)
