Kind of issue

Unclear explanations

Issue description

I'm not using Next.js or Vite. Actually, I'm not using any particular framework. Can I still use Pigment CSS? The documentation seems to assume using a framework so I wasn't sure.

Context

No response

Search keywords: no framework

I should also add that part of my confusion has to do with the fact that https://mui.com/material-ui/experimental-api/pigment-css/ states that one of the prerequisites to use Pigment CSS is "A Next.js or Vite project". I was surprised that a framework is required so that's why I wanted to be sure.

As of right now, Pigment CSS needs a framework to hook into the code transformation process and module resolution. We do have plans for an independent cli version but that will come later next year.
